Ingredients

1 pouch Clara Olé Tomato Sauce
400g ground chicken
1/4 cup onions, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup carrots, chopped
1/3 cup red bellpepper, chopped
1/4 tsp McCormick Rosemary Leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp McCormick Basil Leaves
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup japanese breadcrumbs
2 pcs egg yolks
1/8 tsp McCormick Ground Black Pepper
10-15 pcs lumpia wrappers
oil for deep frying

Procedure

Mix ground chicken and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
For every wrapper, place 1 tbs of the mixture and roll.
Deep fry until golden brown.
