Pan-Fried Barbecue Tapa
Ingredients
1 kilo pork tenderloin, sliced thinly
1 pouch (250g) Clara Olé Spicy Barbecue Marinade cooking oil, as needed
1 large onion, quartered
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
steamed rice
Procedure
Marinate the pork slices in the Clara Olé Spicy Barbecue Marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil over high heat and pan fry the marinated pork slices.
Do not overcook. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, fry the onions just until heated through.
Top the pork slices with the cooked onions and chopped spring onions. Serve with steamed rice. Makes 4–6 servings
