½ cup Clara Ole Spaghetti Sauce 3 Cheese or Clara Ole Tomato Sauce
1 pc red bell pepper, seeds removed and sliced thinly
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ cup rum
salt and pepper to taste
chopped green onions for garnish
Procedure
Heat up a sauté pan with the vegetable oil and sauté the chopped garlic until it becomes golden brown. Add in the chopped chilies and sliced mushrooms. Continue cooking.
Toss in the shrimps, margarine and liquid seasoning, mix and cook on a high heat. Add in the Clara Ole Spaghetti Sauce 3 Cheese, the sliced bell peppers white sugar and rum. If Sauce is too thick, you may use some chicken stock to thin in out. Cook until shrimps are done.
Season with some salt and pepper. When serving , garnish with some chopped green onions
