Honey Mustard Pork Ribs

Ingredients

1 kl pork liempo
¼ cup milk
500 gms potato, boiled, peeled and mashed
1 pk Clara Olé Honey Mustard Barbecue Marinade 225g
1 pk Clara Olé Ranch Dips & Dressings 120g
salt and pepper (to taste)

Procedure

Marinate pork in Clara Olé Honey Mustard Barbecue Marinade for at least 30 minutes to one hour.
Char-grill or pan grill pork until golden and cooked through.
Serve with mashed potato on the side.

To make the Ranch mashed potato,

Blend together potato, milk and Ranch Dips n’ Dressings.
Season with salt and pepper.
