Paella

Ingredients

8 cups uncooked rice
8 cups chicken or pork stock
1 cup butter or margarine
2 heads garlic, chopped
4 pcs onion, chopped
4 pcs beef bouillon cube
2 kilos chicken or pork, cut into serving pieces
1 kg. Clara Olé Tomato Sauce
4 pouches Clara Olé Onion and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce 250g.
6 tbsps. sugar
4 tbsps. salt
2 tsps. black pepper
1 kilo unpeeled shrimp, blanched
4 pcs. red bell pepper, cut into strips
4 pcs, hardboiled egg, sliced
8 tbsps. green peas

Procedure

Cook rice using the chicken or pork stock instead of water.Keep warm.
In a wok, sauté garlic in oil, then add the onions and the beef bouillon cubes.
Add the chicken and cook until brown.
Pour in the Clara Olé Tomato Sauce, Onion and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the rice into the wok.
Mix and cook well then, cover around 15 minutes over low fire.
Add the shrimps followed by the bell pepper.
Garnish with hardboiled egg and green peas.
