Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

2 pcs chicken fillet
1/2 pc onion chopped
4 tsp cajun seasoning mix
oil for sauteeing
1 pc green bellpepper, cut into strips
1 pc red bellpepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup asparagus cut into 2 inches length
250 g fettucine cooked
1 pack Clara Ole Carbonara Sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

Procedure

Cut chicken into strips and season with 2 tsp cajun seasoning.
Saute with onion and cook until chicken color changes.
Add vegetables and saute until chicken is cooked. Set aside.
On the same pan, heat Clara Ole Carbonara Sauce and broth. Add half of the sauteed ingredients and 2tsp cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
Mix the pasta in the sauce then place in a serving plate. Topped with the remaining sauteed ingredients.
