On this day, Clara Olé’s Real Meal Express booth was spotted at one of Meralco’s annual food bazaars featuring new and upcoming home cooks and SMEs eager to show their passion for creating delicious dishes and desserts to a wider audience.

At the Meralco bazaar, the two Real Meal Express Partner brands were Marga of AACE Food Hub, and Bonner and Irene, the husband-and-wife team behind Jack Frost Premium Ice Cream.

Marga of AACE Food Hub prides herself on the tasty finger foods they whip up, especially their bestselling takoyaki. To add a creative spin on the beloved Japanese snack, Marga and AACE Food Hub offer “takoyaki negra,” using squid ink to give it an eye-catching black hue. “It’s not your ordinary takoyaki,” she claims excitedly. “[It’s the] Pasta Negra from Clara Olé [that makes it special]. Talagang pinipilahan ang black takoyaki namin!”

Jack Frost Premium Ice Cream is known for its unique and inventive ice cream flavors, such as Nuts and Roses (rosewater and pistachio nuts), Ube Cheese Piaya, and even Cheese Pimiento! “To set us apart from everyone else, we’ve come up with unusual flavors, including some made with Clara Olé products, such as our Strawberry Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, Guava, and Pineapple!”
