Steamed Fish Fillet with Garlic

What you Need

  • 1 bottle Clara Olé Sesame Mucho! Vinaigrette
  • 500g Cream Dory or Tilapia Fillet
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fried garlic or crumbled garlic chips

How to Cook

  1. Marinate fillets in Clara Olé Sesame Mucho Vinaigrette, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce and Hoisin Sauce. 
  2. Refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Steam marinated fillets for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with fried garlic and chopped cilantro
