What you Need
- 1 bottle Clara Olé Sesame Mucho! Vinaigrette
- 500g Cream Dory or Tilapia Fillet
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fried garlic or crumbled garlic chips
How to Cook
- Marinate fillets in Clara Olé Sesame Mucho Vinaigrette, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce and Hoisin Sauce.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Steam marinated fillets for 30 minutes.
- Top with fried garlic and chopped cilantro
