What you Need
- 2 tbsp vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 500g shrimps, shelled tail on
- 250g Clara Olé Tomato Sauce
- 150g sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
How to Cook
- Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and shrimp in oil.
- Pour Clara Olé tomato sauce and cook at least 5 minutes
- Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
