What you Need
- 1 1/2 bottles Clara Olé Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 3 Cups ripe saba, sliced
- 1/2 cup Clara Ole Bechamel Sauce
- 1/8 tsp McCormick Cinnamon Ground
- 1/3 cup brown Sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
How to Cook
- Mix the fish, onion and pepper.
- Deep fry medium cooked then set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease pans with olive oil.
- Pour ¼ cup of Clara Olé Béchamel Sauce and ¼ cup tomato sauce into the baking pan
- Put the fried fish into the baking pan.
- Pour the remaining Clara Olé Béchamel and Tomato Sauce over the fish.
- Sprinkle with grated quick melt cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
