Drunken Shrimp

What you Need

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 500g shrimp, peeled and tail on
  • 1/2 cup button mushroom, halved
  • 1/4 cup Rum
  • 1/2 cup Clara Olé Mango Pineapple Jam
  • 1/ 4 cup pineapple chunks

How to Cook

  1. Saute garlic in butter. Add shrimps and saute for 2 minutes
  2. Deglaze by pouring rum while continue sauteeing.
  3. Add Clara Ole Mango Pineapple Jam and pineapple chunks. Saute until shrimps are well coated.
