Chicken Parmigiana Finger Rolls

What you Need

  • 1 pouch Clara Olé Tomato Sauce
  • 400g ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup onions, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/3 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red bellpepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Rosemary Leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup japanese breadcrumbs
  • 2 pcs egg yolks
  • 1/8 tsp McCormick Ground Black Pepper
  • 10-15 pcs lumpia wrappers
  • oil for deep frying

How to Cook

1) Mix ground chicken and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
2) For every wrapper, place 1 tbs of the mixture and roll.
3) Deep fry until golden brown.
