What you Need
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 bar cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pack Clara Olé Bechamel Sauce
- 1/2 cup Clara Olé Maraschino Cherries, chopped
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherry syrup
- 1 pk lady fingers
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 cup crumbled butter cookies
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
How to Cook
- In a cup, soak gelatin in water for 5 mins or until bloomed.
- In a bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, sugar and gelatin.
- Add in Clara Olé Bechamel Sauce and whip.
- Mix in the cherry syrup and Clara Olé Maraschino Cherries.
- Soak each piece of lady fingers in milk and arrange in a pan to form a layer.
- Spoon over half of the cream cheese mixture and form another layer of lady fingers
- Sprinkle crumbled butter cookies and parmesan cheese on the top layer.
- Chill and serve.
