What you Need
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp McCormick Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp McCormick Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp McCormick Allspice
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 bottle Clara Olé Maple Pancake Syrup
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1/2 cup sour milk (1tsp vinegar + fresh milk 1/2 cup)
- 1 1/2 cup grated apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 bottle Clara Olé Spiced Apple Gourmet Jam
How to Cook
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- In a bowl sift all dry ingredients except sugar. Set aside.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar and Clara Olé Truly Fruity Maple Pancake Syrup. Add in eggs and beat at low speed for a few seconds
- Alternately blend in dry ingredients in halves and sour milk
- Fold in grated apples,chopped walnuts and Clara Olé Spiced Apple Gourmet Jam.
- Bake for 60min.
- Brush baked loaf with Clara Olé Maple Pancake Syrup
