2 Tbsp vegetable Oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
500 g shrimps, shelled tail on
150 g sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
250 gms Tomato Sauce
1) Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and shrimp in oil.
2) Pour Clara Olé tomato sauce and cook at least 5 minutes
3) Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
