Peking Cauliflower made with Kung Pao pasta sauce

SERVES 2-3

WHAT YOU NEED



2 heads Cauliflower
1 1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp cornstrach
1 pc egg
1/2 cup water oil

1 pack Kung Pao

HOW TO COOK



How to make:

1. Mix flour, cornstarch, egg and water in a bowl.
2. Dip each cauliflower florets in batter and deep fry until golden in color.
3. Heat Clara Olé Kung Pao Sauce in a pan and toss fried cauliflower until coated.
