Orange and Banana Crumble Bars

SERVES 16 bars

WHAT YOU NEED



1/4 cup butter
3 cups sliced ripe saba
1/2 cup cream
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 pc egg yolk
1/3 cup Brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup Oatmeal
1 1/2 bottles Orange Marmalade

HOW TO COOK



- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Sauté banana in butter. Add in cinnamon and cream and let it boil. Blend marmalade and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- Make crust by blending all ingredients until it forms a dough.
- Reserve 1 cup for crumble topping (add oatmeal), press in a removable bottom rectangular pan (7x13”). Top with cooked bananas- Clara Olé orange marmalade mixture.
- Sprinkle crumb topping over the bananas and bake for 45-60mins.
