Mixed Vegetable Pie

SERVES 5

WHAT YOU NEED



250 gms Mixed Corn and Carrots (for 1st layer)
1 clove garlic (for 1st layer)
1/8 cup butter (for 1st layer)
Black pepper ground & salt to taste (for 1st layer)
400 gms ground beef? (for 2nd layer)
2 cloves garlic minced? (for 2nd layer)
1 pc onion medium (finely cut) (for 2nd layer)
1 pc bell pepper – green – (finely cut)? (for 2nd layer)
Black Pepper ground & salt to taste (for 2nd layer)
1/2 tbsp sugar (for 2nd layer)
1 pk all purpose cream (for 3rd layer)
6 pcs potatoes, mashed (for 3rd layer)
2 cups evaporated milk? (for 3rd layer)
1/4 cup butter (MELT)? (for 3rd layer)
grated cheese
250 gms Tomato Sauce

HOW TO COOK



First Layer
- Sauté all the ingredients
- Put in a baking pan (1st layer)
- Set aside

Second Layer
- Sauté all the ingredients – garlic, onion and meat?
- Add green bell pepper?
- Add Clara Olé Tomato Sauce?
- Add black pepper ground and salt to taste?
- Add sugar?
- Mix?
- Put in a baking pan (2nd layer)?
- Set aside

Third Layer (Mashed Potatoes)
- Mix all the ingredients until creamy
- Put in a baking pan (3rd layer)

Fourth Layer
- Add grated cheese on top and melted butter (4th layer)
- Pre heat oven
- Bake in the oven for 40 mins in 200F.
