500 gms Spaghetti
1/3 cup Butter / Cooking Oil
6 pcs Cloves of Garlic
2 chopped White Onions
1 kilo Ground Pork
1 pc Big Carrot
227 gms Pineapple Tidbits in can
2 cups Water
1 pc Boiled egg/ Salted egg, sliced
1 pinch Salt to taste
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (optional) grated
250 gms Three Cheese
225 gms Chunky Tomato w/ Three Cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside in a serving bowl.
In a medium-size sauce pan, sauté garlic and onion in butter or cooking oil over medium heat.?Add ground pork and cook until slightly brown. Add tomato sauces, carrots and pineapple tidbits including the juice. When the mixture simmers, add water and stir gently. Let it sit until bubbles appear. Add salt to taste.
Pour sauce over cooked pasta, top with sliced boiled egg for texture. The pasta sauces are already rich with three types of cheeses – parmesan, romano and cheddar. But feel free to add more cheese if desired. If using salted egg, no need to add extra cheese – you might miss the juicy sweetness?of this dish if it becomes too salty.
