Drunken Shrimp

SERVES 4-5

WHAT YOU NEED



butter
garlic, minced
shrimp, peeled and tail on
button mushroom, halved
Rum
pineapple chunks
Mango Pineapple Jam

HOW TO COOK



PROCEDURE:
1) Saute garlic in butter. Add shrimps and saute for 2 minutes
2) Deglaze by pouring rum while continue sauteeing.
3) Add Clara Ole Mango Pineapple Jam and pineapple chunks. Saute until shrimps are well coated.
