1/2 kilo peeled shrimp? (12 to 18 count)
2 cups mushroom?
3 slices pineapple chunks?
2 tbsp butter?
1 whole garlic
1/2 cup Mango Pineapple Jam
- Mix mushroom and mango pineapple jam to form a paste set a side, cook and stir shrimp in dressing in large skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes,
remove shrimp from skillet, set a side.
- Sauté garlic and butter in a pan. Add mango pineapple jam and stir until well blended. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add shrimp then cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp turns into orange. Place in medium bowl.
