Creamy Banana-Blueberry Dessert Cup

SERVES 9-10 cups

WHAT YOU NEED



8 pcs Banana, sliced
1 can pineapple juice
1 cup Cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup powdered sugar
1 bottle Blueberry Jam
1 bottle Blueberry Thrill

HOW TO COOK



FOR THE CRUST:
- Melt butter, add into crushed graham crackers and brown sugar.

?FOR THE CREAM FROSTING:
- Whipped cream until it reaches soft peak. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add whipped cream in cream cheese-sugar mixture and mix well.

TO SERVE:
Soak bananas in pineapple juice to prevent browning. In a cup, layer the crust, cream frosting, sliced bananas, blueberry jam, and top again with cream frosting sliced banana and blueberry syrup. Chilled for 30mins or until the cream sets.
