cream cheese, softened
All purpose flour
* Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, blend flour, oats, butter, sugar and milk using a fork until it forms a ball.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Line the bottom of a 7”x9” pan with foil and press chilled crust on the bottom of the pan. Prick with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
On the other bowl, mix cheese, yolks, flour and half of Clara Olé Blueberry Jam until well blended.
Swirl in the remaining jam and pour into prepared crust.
Spread cream cheese mixture on top and bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
Let it cool before slicing.
